Plan your speed dates (will be possible from September 30)
- speed dates can be booked between 13:30 and 15:30. Each meeting takes 15 minutes
- once you are registered, you can login and view all other participants that are available for speed dating (click 'Participants' at the top of the page)
>>> make sure you are logged in, otherwise you cannot see the participants - by clicking on one of the participants, you can view his/her profile
- you can request a speed date by clicking 'Request meeting' (of course you can also be invited for a meeting)
- the participant who receives a meeting request can accept or reject it. When accepted he/she proposes a time slot.
- the platform allows to exchange messages between both parties

Participation fee

- Members of Agoria and essenscia free of charge
- Invited participants free of charge
- No-show fee 125€ (excl VAT)
In case you would like to cancel your attendance send an email message to julie.ampen@agoria.be. You may ask a colleague to stand in for you.
If no cancellation has been received, your company/organization will be invoiced a no-show fee.
